PrepMe Learning – Promotions Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all promotional campaigns, offers, discounts, and referral programs (“Promotions”) offered by PrepMe Learning, a KHDA-approved education centre based in Dubai, UAE.


By participating in any PrepMe promotion, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • Promotions are open to residents of the United Arab Emirates aged 18 years or older.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of PrepMe Learning are not eligible to participate.
  • Promotions are valid only for new or existing PrepMe students unless otherwise stated.

2. General Conditions

  • PrepMe Learning reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Promotions are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.
  • Only one promotion, discount, or voucher may be applied per student registration unless stated otherwise.
  • All decisions by PrepMe regarding eligibility, reward issuance, or disputes shall be final.

3. Referral Promotions

  • To qualify for a referral reward, the referred student must successfully register, pay, and attend their first scheduled class.
  • The referrer must be an existing PrepMe student or parent at the time of referral.
  • Rewards (such as Amazon vouchers) will be issued within 14 days of the referred student’s confirmed enrollment.
  • If a reward option is offered (e.g., Amazon voucher or free class), the referrer must choose one reward at the time of issuance. No exchanges will be made afterward.
  • There is no limit to the number of referrals a participant can make, provided each referral meets the eligibility criteria.

4. Discount Promotions

  • Discounts (e.g., percentage-off offers) apply only to the specified courses or sessions.
  • Discounts must be redeemed within the promotional period stated in the campaign.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or used retroactively on past enrollments.
  • Discounts are valid only for direct bookings with PrepMe Learning.

5. Free Class or Trial Promotions

  • Free taster classes or trial sessions are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
  • Each new student is eligible for one free taster class per subject or activity.
  • Missed or cancelled free sessions may not be rescheduled unless otherwise agreed.
  • PrepMe reserves the right to refuse a free trial booking if the offer is being misused.

6. School or Group Promotions

  • For school or institution-based referral partnerships, rewards (e.g., Amazon vouchers or book credits) are issued to the institution after referred parents complete their child’s enrollment.
  • PrepMe will provide referral confirmation records to the designated school contact.
  • Rewards must be used for educational purposes as outlined in the campaign details.

7. Privacy and Data Use

  • By participating, you consent to PrepMe Learning collecting and using your personal data for the administration of promotions and for communication purposes in accordance with UAE data protection laws.
  • Your information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • PrepMe Learning shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in a promotion or use of any reward.
  • PrepMe is not responsible for any technical issues, miscommunication, or late entries due to external factors.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
